Wedding Day Bliss

Today we packed up the boys, and went to a sweet girl ( Karen & Alvero's) Wedding, at the New Hope Church in Clackamas.  Karen works for my dad, at his Farmers Insurance office.  The ceremony was just beautiful. I wish I was able to speak Spanish, and be able to understand what the minister was saying. With out the translation however, the felt throughout the room was very strong. Karen, was  so beautiful,in her strapless white flowing gown.  This was the first Spanish wedding attended for Kent and I. As Karen was beginning to make her grand entrance, the congregation stood up and began to cheer and clap. I was a little caught off guard, as it was not what i expected.  Nevertheless, I could not imange it being any different.  I was perfect. It was sad to learn, that Karen's parents were not in attendance. The cheering, and clapping, was a sign to me that Karen is doing the right thing. They both had so much support from family and friends in attendance. We met Maritza as well, she also works for my father. She is so sweet, and a warm spirit to be around.  After the ceremony, we went in to sit down and enjoy Amazing authentic Mexican food.  Kaid took the opportunity to get down!  We were sitting in the very front table, and to the left of us, was a large dance area... He was just grooving like nobody business.  Kent and I both danced with him,  and the photographer, could not help but snap up some pics of kaid shaking his "groove thing".

How special weddings are, and for us to remember our own, and the love that we felt that day.  We had a great day, and were so happy that we were able to be apart of their special day!
Looking at the front of where the ceramony took place

The happy Couple!  They placed a Lasso arround them, to make them not forget they are together for life..
The First Dance, I thought she was just amazing!  Not having her dad there, Alvero was a knight for sure!
Karen, and Martiza  Beatuiful Ladies!

She was/Is flawless!  She was just glowing today!

Utah

Today me and my sisters went to Gardners Village. We use to come here when I was a kid, however things have changed so much! I was blown away at the raw talent locals have here. Pretty much every store I went in, locals thought of new designs to make and sell. I am talking New baby items. If you go to Sassybabies.com there might be two, the original store is in Bountiful, UT. There are shoes called FoxPaws, I was blown away at how CUTE they are! Little pep toe shoes for little girls, and leopard boots for toddlers. Not having a girl, I was going crazy.. wanting to buy... I would LOVE to just think of new ideas like So many Mom's have done here. I am hoping to start something... I have an Idea.. I am not too sure how to get it started though.. Well.. just wanted to update. Utah is actually Nice. A little background, my family ( mom & dad) are from here, so all our extended family, and my sister with her family is here. We have been coming to Utah since I can remember, I NEVER ever wanted to live here, as this place is well.. it's like PleasnetVille, it's not " normal" but.. really what is normal? I just thought that it was odd that no one would lock there doors, and people would leave there key's to there car in it, not even given it a second thought. I am just use So much different.. I thought that this would be the WORST place to raise your family, as.. there's not much diversity, and real life. However being here for almost a month.. there is. I still probably would not want to live here, I can tolerate it a heck of a lot more. Maybe it's my sister's here.. maybe its, I am not confined to having to do what everyone else " wants" me to do. I am not to sure, but this time was so much more different. It's sad that my Maternal Grandparents are not living. I think today I want to go place flowers on there grave, and visit them. It still feels weird here without them. Well.. just wanted to update. I believe me and the boys will be back next week.. I will for sure update when we arrive! I will have SO much Laundry to catch up on..

As you can see this first picture of kaid, was pretty much the best shot, sometimes, he sits still, and other's well.. he's kaid. Below are Karson, we would have taken more of kaid, but he was simply not having it!

Three Little Boys, and a Princess

Kaid is So into posing for the camera these days.. he is so excited to be with his cousins

Today was Such a fun day.. we are visiting family in Utah, and Kaid is just loving his cousins. We took a drive to Antelope Island, We went here when I was little. It brought back so many memories to me. Buddy and Kris packed a picnic, and after the kids were finished eating, they wanted to feed the Seagulls that were so eager to pick up the scraps. Needless to say, the silly birds were a little freaked to pick up the bread with all of us so close. The picture speaks a thousand words that my sister took, the seagulls had no problem hovering over head... my sister caught such great pic of the day. I was hoping to see more of the wildlife, like the buffalo close up, but they were only so far away.
